Our philosophy
In our work on this project we follow 6 main principles, we call them the “COMPASS Principles”. They are not new, but we believe in them. It's important for us to implement these principles in CryptoPnL and we hope that our philosophy will benefit the work of our clients and partners as well.
Collaboration with teammates
Organize your work ergonomically, or better yet distribute tasks among teammates. No fuss, no responsibility overlapping, just a well-organized result-oriented teamwork.
Optimization of work at hand
Look for any possible ways to work faster and more effectively. Aim to achieve the best result right off and not have the work redone later.
Modernization of work processes
Modernization doesn't mean inventing something new, you can still use solutions and updates which are already out there in the market. Stay tuned for all technical innovations.
Prioritization 80/20
Set correct priorities and don't lose time and efforts on minor issues, which have little significance to the final result.
Automatization of routine
Doing the same routine over and over again is unproductive. And that's where automatization comes in. It saves basic resources: energy, money and time.
Systematization of possible risks
To work on tasks effectively so as not to redo them later, we need to analyze the situation and try to anticipate possible outcomes. Try to control the risks before they become real and make everything possible to eliminate them.
